I was pretty annoyed . the soundproofing was just bad. I could hear everything from the hallway. worse, the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. there was hair in the shower drain, and the sink had toothpaste stains on it. this just wasn't the level of cleanliness i expect (or pay for!).

I found the customer service to be really good. The staff were very friendly and efficient, always ready to assist with any inquiries. The location is very convenient. It is close to many attractions, so getting around was easy and efficient.
I noticed that some areas of the hotel appear to be slightly dated. A few minor updates would enhance the overall experience.
