the hotel is near a metro station. it takes only a few minutes to walk there. the room included bottled water. the lobby offers lemon water (not available 24 hours). there is a luggage room in the basement, next to a laundry room.

the air conditioning did not always stop when the set temperature was reached (this was a minor inconvenience).

i found a very good restaurant for an evening meal near the hotel, offering better value than the restaurant across the road. breakfast had a reasonable range of food, ensuring there were options for everyone's taste.

the staff was helpful (especially with directions). one of the receptionists advised us on the best way to park our car. the staff always seemed nice and friendly, certainly appreciated.
