friendly staff evening treats convenient location

The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and attentiveness. Evening turn-down service included sweet treats, a very nice touch! The location is wonderfully convenient for reaching restaurants and the wine tram. I also found the honesty bar concept in the lounge zone to be very nice.

I noticed the room needed more attention regarding cleanliness. I found that the room linen was not thoroughly cleaned.
