The hotel features a really handy complimentary shuttle service, and it made getting to the wine tram simple! The staff provided excellent service at both the restaurant and breakfast. They were always attentive and helpful.
The rooms seemed outdated, probably 20 years old! It uses tiny plastic water bottles everywhere, quite wasteful.

The hotel was like a quaint countryside inn. it is a short drive from the town center, yet nestled near the mountains, giving a french countryside vibe. the pool area was clean and inviting. we ordered drinks and snacks. The cheese board stood out for its delicious variety and generous portions.
some furnishings appear a little dated and could use an update.

The hotel location was excellent with easy access to the wine tram. The complimentary shuttle service to town with Eugene was useful. The pool setting was beautiful. The entire hotel staff was lovely.
My room felt outdated, approximately 20 years old. The rooms are more 3 star despite being very spacious. I noticed that there was a lot of plastic waste because they use tiny plastic water bottles.

The gardens look beautiful with multiple pools. Shuttle service availability to town was nice. Breakfast was great also! I stayed in a villa suite and I loved it. It has a deep standalone bath I want that!
They gave us tiny plastic water bottles. I don't like that! There is a lot of plastic waste. Not cool. I want glass bottles only.
