the staff was very helpful and friendly . it was acceptable.

i found a couple of issues . the air conditioning in the room barely worked, despite having a control panel. it was valencia in summer, and temperatures were over 35 degrees, i could not sleep well. also, the room overlooked the street, i was constantly disturbed by noise.

The room featured a spacious, comfortable bed! I appreciated the complete set of bathroom amenities and the powerful water pressure. A welcome drink at arrival was a nice touch. The staff demonstrated great attentiveness. I found the food to be delicious with a great value menu. I also found free luggage storage helpful. I could keep my belongings safe until my late train departure.

I noticed the absence of on-site parking in the facility description.
