shopping area easy access bus stop

The location was great! It was near a shopping area and El Corte Inglés. A bus stop was also very close, providing easy access to many routes! including the line to the beach!

The elevators were quite slow. Waits were long during busy times!

the rooftop bar offered special cocktails that were acceptable.

The room lacked some expected amenities, disappointing. the coffee machine had a used capsule inside it upon arrival. So gross. also, i had to answer a questionnaire twice.

the lobby was excellent, i must say. the rooftop offered A lovely spa and the rooms were modern. the staff proved friendly, ALWAYS ready to assist in any way possible.

the check-in process felt a tad slow for my liking.

clarins toiletries limited menu

the clarins toiletries were a really nice touch.. i also found hair straighteners in the room, which i appreciated. i ate at the hotel restaurant and, while the menu was limited, the food exceeded my expectations, the cocktails were great too.

the check-in process was a little slow.

the room included some gifted extras like pillow spray.

I found number 19 to be a serviced apartment, it wasn't the hotel and staff seemed clueless about parking.

immaculate room good location

the hotel was lovely the staff were very helpful the rooms were immaculate and the little gifts were a nice touch i found a good location close to shops and other attractions i would definitely recommend this hotel
