lovely stay by the river

i found the room very spacious with friendly staff. they provided a waterproof bag for swimming in the rhine, a lovely touch due to the swiss heat. the staff was helpful . the hotel offered super styled rooms and tea and coffee facilities on each floor.

during my stay, i found soundproofing to be a significant issue. i could hear everything from adjacent rooms, including phone vibrations and snoring. this impacted my sleep, particularly during the second night of my stay.

the location was very convenient (close to the tram line). the room offered a view of the river. i found the outdoor restaurant to be excellent one evening, specifically, the service was excellent.

i experienced an issue with soundproofing in the room. i heard noises from other rooms. also, the room cleaning started early, and i heard it regardless of the floor.
