The air conditioning wasn't doing its job. i had to keep the window open, but then the street noise kept me up. What a dilemma. also, finding a parking spot seemed like winning the lottery. I ended up paying extra for the privilege, which added insult to injury

The room was modern and clean. i found the breakfast delicious with many choices. i was pleased with the excellent soundproofing. I didn't hear any train noise from my room next to the tracks. location was good for a rest on my long drive.

i had to ask for toilet rolls and collect my own tea and coffee from reception. they said i could reuse towels and bedding and they will swap on day 4. i had to ask them to do it on day 5. the air con did not work despite requests to fix it.

The room included an iron and ironing board. This was very convenient for my work trip. The staff at the bar were very kind. The bar was always open (which suited my late schedule).

The air conditioning did not work properly. I found hairs on the bathroom floor upon arrival. There were also some dirty spots on the floor next to the bed.

The staff was very kind and cute. I felt seen. i requested an early check-in and the process was easy and fast. they securely stored my bicycle in a locked storage room! i felt so safe knowing it was there.

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell. even with the air conditioning on the highest setting, it was not good air. i could not properly open the window because the bed was in the way. It didn't feel safe.
