the staff was friendly and helpful. the public transport ticket was really handy. i also like that they have free refreshments on each floor. it was very convenient.
the hotel can be noisy at night. i found some aspects of the service was not great. also the e-mail requests are not answered.

location is awesome, really near the river. the building look great and rooms are stylish. rooms are also cool i like that during a heat wave. staff helps people here.
i noticed facilities lacking in the room. the room seemed quite dark for me. the shower head could not be put in a fixed position so i had to hold it at the same time as washing.

the hotel has a water station available on each floor, this make it easy to get a drink. there is a special ironing room to use, should you want to have your clothes ironed. everything look very clean.
