The mezzanine rooms offer 27m² of space. Lofts are located on the top floor with options for city views and balconies. Some lofts include kitchenettes. Junior Suites span 40m² and include a seating area. The Passage Suite, on the top floor, provides 47m² of space with separate living areas.

The Passage is located in downtown Basel, a few minutes' walk from the city center and close to the SBB train station. It is also close to The Congress Center Basel. The hotel is located in Vorstädte, near Basel University and the Kunstmuseum Basel. Parking is available at the Steinen parking lot.
