i arrived needing a last-minute room as my train was cancelled the staff member at check-in was very understanding. he prepared coffee and a takeaway breakfast bag for my early departure the breakfast bag included fruit chocolate and water. the location is near a coop mart and train stations.

the street noise was noticeable.

the room i got faced the street. the street noise was pretty loud. i requested some extra towels but the front desk did not respond quickly. i had to ask again the next morning to finally get them.

the location was amazing, just a minute from the train station, i loved that! the breakfast was also fantastic, with a huge selection and tasty options. plus, i got a free public transport pass with my room, a super bonus. it made getting around town so easy!

The street noise was a bit much, especially with the trams running so late. Next time, i'll request a room away from the street

Yves, Ciro, and Karen at the front desk were friendly. They were efficient and helpful with spa reservations. The breakfast service was attentive and made a lovely cappuccino. Room 353 was spacious and quiet, with a very nice bathroom and towel heater.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room upon arrival. It disappeared after opening the windows. The smell did not return .

the hotel charged me extra for rose petals i didn't ask for, claiming i had booked a 'romantic stay' package. even though i removed the rose petals and towels immediately, they still refused to retract the charge. also, the prosecco in the room had a beer bottle top , the chocolates tasted awful.

the location was convenient near the train station i appreciated that. breakfast offered fresh-squeezed orange juice a detail i noticed. the staff members were kind and helpful especially with directions.

street noise was noticeable even with the double glazing i could hear the trams. a request for room items took a while to be fulfilled which was a bit slow. the room felt different from the pictures online it wasn't quite what i expected.
