separate room top notch decorations
the staff helped with directions. the family suite included a separate room and a couch to sit on. the boat dock was conveniently located behind the hotel. top notch decorations was displayed inside the hotel.
one receptionist was not very helpful and rude.

lovely stay in a historic building!
perfect location comfortable bedding helpful staff building history
The location was perfect, close to everything i wanted to see. my room was a classic double room. It had nice décor and comfortable bedding. the staff were helpful with directions, and i was able to easily walk to little venice from the hotel. i found the building's history quite amazing. It dates back to the 14th century.
the room was very small! though i managed, it might be a tight squeeze for some.

helpful staff gluten-free bread central location soulless room modern decor absent carpets
the staff proved very helpful. The breakfast was quite good and the gluten-free bread option was AVAILABLE. the building's central location made navigating the area straightforward.
my room seemed quite soulless, unlike the others. it featured a very modern, white decor. the carpets and unique touches present in other rooms were absent.

early breakfast end stale pastries
the breakfast left me a bit disappointed, to be honest. they stopped serving it quite early and if you arrived closer to the end, many options already disappeared. also, the pastries tasted like they were sitting there for days, they were hard and not fresh at all. i expect more effort in this regard.
