helpful staff free water central location
The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. The room had free water and coffee. I appreciated the central location being close to many attractions.

The location was excellent. It was a short walk from the train station. the staff were friendly, and they spoke english well.
the bed was very uncomfortable! the pillow was narrow. i could not sleep well.

Acceptable location, several drawbacks

The staff were very FRIENDLY, and I felt welcome. I appreciated the hotel's style. It modernized the building while preserving its original architecture. The location was GOOD. The train station was less than 10 minutes away on foot.
The elevator was broken for three days. We had to walk up and down the stairs, and it was inconvenient. The lamp also did NOT work well. It would not light up again after being turned off. The coffee machine in the reception area was out of order.
