stylish city center stay

convenient location friendly staff nice gesture souvenir book

the tram stop was conveniently located right outside the hotel. the staff was friendly. i was also provided with a souvenir book about the hotel at checkout. it was a very nice gesture.

Figuring out the parking location was tricky. It also seemed expensive at 50 euro per day.

Really good Stay Experience!!!

excellent location effective air conditioning spacious room relaxing atmosphere

The location was excellent, near the cathedral and Petite France. The air conditioning worked effectively during the hot weather. My room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable bed and nice bathroom with Clarins products. The downstairs bar provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day.

Soundproofing could be improved, as some noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable.

The staff provided friendly, helpful, and informative service at check-in. They responded quickly to my requests and needs. The concierge was always available and ready to assist with directions and recommendations .

amazing stay!

central location amazing breakfast

I loved the central location. It made exploring so easy. the breakfast had an amazing selection, the eggs were cooked just right! norman from guest relations really were very good. he gave us a map of the christmas markets and even an umbrella!

the room we had was small. we could hear the guest next door snoring. proper insulation is a must!

The privilege queen room featured clarins products and comfortable beds. I slept like a baby. the room also had a nespresso machine with a generous supply of capsules. automatic night lights in the bathroom were very useful!

Breakfast was a luxury experience. It included many options and the eggs were cooked perfectly. the grange restaurant offers amazing food within walking distance. I highly recommend making reservations. the staff in the dining area was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was professional, polite, and helpful. the concierge team directed us to several restaurants and shopping spots. norman in guest relations provided five star hospitality. He gave us excellent communication!
