I loved the central location. It made exploring so easy. the breakfast had an amazing selection, the eggs were cooked just right! norman from guest relations really were great. he gave us a map of the christmas markets and even an umbrella!

the room we had was small. we could hear the guest next door snoring. proper insulation is a must!

The privilege queen room featured clarins products and comfortable beds. I slept like a baby. the room also had a nespresso machine with a generous supply of capsules. automatic night lights in the bathroom were very useful!

Breakfast was a luxury experience. It included many options and the eggs were cooked perfectly. the grange restaurant offers amazing food within walking distance. I highly recommend making reservations. the staff in the dining area was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was professional, polite, and helpful. the concierge team directed us to several restaurants and shopping spots. norman in guest relations provided five star hospitality. He gave us excellent communication!
