Dining and Drinks
The Bar Champagne features over 20 types of champagne and a menu of dishes with culinary creations. The restaurant menu, created by Nicolas Stamm-Corby and Serge Schaal, features Mediterranean flavors and is available from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Alsace cuisine is given a light touch at Le Pont Tournant, the fine-dining restaurant with a riverside terrace. Guests can have a gourmet journey in the restaurant with views of La Petite France. Spa and Fitness
The Spa O fil de l'eau includes an outdoor hot tub on the terrace with views of Petite France's timber-framed houses. The spa provides treatments, facial and body massages, a sauna, a hammam, an ice fountain, and a salt grotto. The hotel has chosen the KOS Paris line of natural cosmetics for its spa treatments. The fitness room includes a multi-function workout bench and cardio equipment: a treadmill, a stationary bike, and a cross trainer. Use of the spa and fitness is reserved for adults over 18.
