The location was fine, right in the heart of Petite France! The bar had amazing drinks and a wonderful selection of Alsace wines. The staff helped a lot with our luggage. The sauna was a nice perk. It made me relax!

The location was great, it was central to everything. The bed was really good.
I booked a room that connected to a couple next door with a baby, and it turned out to be a nightmare. The walls insulation was subpar, I could hear every word and the baby's cries! The room was also infested with ants. It was completely unacceptable.

I found the staff to be super friendly! They enhanced my experience at the hotel. The location was also great, very well suited for exploring. I enjoyed easy access to many attractions , and the parking was convenient.
The street outside was a little noisy at night, though the soundproofing was decent.
