The breakfast includes bread and pastries, Kougelhopf, yogurts and farm cheeses, Alsatian charcuterie, organic cereals, fruit juices, jams and honey, scrambled eggs, sausages and grilled bacon, and fresh fruit. Guests can have breakfast in their room. Black&Wine is the hotel's wine bar with decor by Tom Dixon and OSSO chairs by the Bouroulec brothers.
