The staff were honestly the best. I appreciated their smiles and kindness. a staff member even offered dog bowls for my dog because i had improvised a water bowl. they also helped find a room that had a desk, so i could take some work calls.

The room was quite small. It did not provide a good place to put two large suitcases. they were in the way . i also heard other guests above.

my room had light blocking shades, a feature i value. the air conditioning worked well, important since it was warm. the bathroom was a good size, and i found everything clean and well kept.

the location is very central and convenient to main sites, shops, and restaurants. the neighbourhood felt safe, and i could easily access transport options. i found the proximity to popular landmarks added to the charm.

Breakfast was also very good with friendly staff, namely angelica. she was always ready to serve with a smile. The food was amazing!!! the hotel included regional specialties, offering a great selection and high-quality options.
