convenient tram new room

The tram stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel. The ride to the city center is short. It takes about five minutes. The room was new and comfortable.

The sink drain backed up slightly.

The reception staff were friendly. The location is near a tram stop. It made access to the city center convenient. The bar service was quick. Drinks were lovely.

I noticed only a slight issue, the parking spaces are limited.

The breakfast was good and the reception provided adapters for free since i had the wrong kind.

the ROOM Was TOO Small. I asked for plates for the home cooked food for my babies, but they suggested i go to the ibis budget hotel adjacent to heat and eat the food. this was disappointing IN Cold Weather. Also the parking was expensive.

The hotel staff was helpful. Sophie, at check-in, provided useful travel advice. the room was clean and spacious, meeting expectations. breakfast offered a fabulous start to the day, with various options. i got a superior queen room sofa.

i found limited parking spaces, and stopping to unload luggage in front was not allowed.

mixed feelings about this stay

blood stained pillow broken air conditioning

the breakfast had a good variety.

I was not impressed. One of the extra pillows had a blood stain. the air conditioning wasn't working properly, so the room was boiling. i had to ask for an adapter several times before i got the right one. not sure i'll stay again.
