The breakfast was good and the reception provided adapters for free since i had the wrong kind.

the ROOM Was TOO Small. I asked for plates for the home cooked food for my babies, but they suggested i go to the ibis budget hotel adjacent to heat and eat the food. this was disappointing IN Cold Weather. Also the parking was expensive.

The hotel staff was helpful. Sophie, at check-in, provided useful travel advice. the room was clean and spacious, meeting expectations. breakfast offered a fabulous start to the day, with various options. i got a superior queen room sofa.

i found limited parking spaces, and stopping to unload luggage in front was not allowed.

the breakfast had a good variety.

I was not impressed. One of the extra pillows had a blood stain. the air conditioning wasn't working properly, so the room was boiling. i had to ask for an adapter several times before i got the right one. not sure i'll stay again.
