missing blouse poor handling
the breakfast included a good choice.
the staff did not handle a situation well . i had left a blouse and coat in a previous room. they located the coat, but the blouse was missing. i found the staff's handling of this issue disappointing.

superb location practical amenities helpful staff wood keys
I found the hotel to have a superb location, just moments from the train station. My room offered practical amenities. The staff was helpful. They provided quick assistance and warm greetings. I also appreciated the focus on sustainability. The room keys are wood!!!
I found the room temperature a little challenging to adjust, though it was a minor inconvenience. shelf space in the room was somewhat limited.

surprisingly lovely stay
top notch av high quality amenities delicious food helpful team
meeting rooms have top notch AV and high quality amenities like flip charts. catering offer diverse and delicious food options. the team in meetings and catering seems genuinely happy and helpful. it just was like a really well managed operation, something i appreciated.
i forgot a blouse in the closet of the first room, and the staff could not locate it. i found this disheartening because the staff handled the situation was not ideal.

the breakfast offered fresh and varied choiceswith healthy options and tempting treats for all tastes. the hotel restaurant presented creative dishes with superb service. the wine choices were excellent.

the gym access was useful because i wanted to exercise regularly. leaving my luggage in storage was easy, this helped me alot. location was right next to the train station and trams, but i walked everywhere.

reception staff was really friendly and helpful and they did let me leave my luggage. they gave free passes for city transport on buses and trams. check in was swift, i had a stress free experience.
