The hotel situated near public transit was very convenient. a starbucks sits a few steps from the hotel. i liked i could sit at the covered eating area. I enjoyed people watching. breakfast had a wonderful choice. I forgot to ask for gluten free bread though.

It kept me awake at night.

The front desk staff interactions were excellent. all staff went out of their way to serve any needs. the lovely lady at breakfast almost packed me lunch and helped me go to lucerne. That was very kind.

The hotel is at the junction of all tram lines. This location is superb. the hotel is located close to transport and restaurants. it is located very close to the train station and main connections to trams and buses.
