clean lobbyworn furniturepoor air conditioning
location was fine, and i could walk to nearby shops. the lobby seemed clean when i arrived.
i booked a 'superior double room' but it was hardly superior. the room looked tired, with worn furniture and a strange smell. the air conditioning barely worked and it was way too hot in the room and i did not enjoy my stay because of this.

the location was acceptable, very near to transport links.
The room felt OLD and tired. the air CONDITIONING was not effective. I could not regulate the temperature effectively. the constant tram noise outside made SLEEP difficult.

the room included free water and coffee, i found that really helpful. my beautiful room had a shower, it was amazing. the location proved excellent, i could easily walk to many places. the staff was very helpful and friendly (a very nice touch!).
the air conditioning could be improved, it didn't keep the room as cool as i would have liked.

the hotel features a modern design and has shelf space for storing clothes. there is also an in-room safe box provided for valuables. i found the lobby to have a very pleasant smell.

the hotel has a central location, putting many attractions within walking distance. a coop store is conveniently located next door. i was able to easily walk to the rhine river from the hotel (a very nice walk!).

The breakfast was very good. I found really good service throughout the hotel. The location is also good. The staff were very great to all requests.
i couldn't sleep at night because trams passed constantly. The noise was unbearable. Rooms facing the street were affected by noise AND vibration.
