the location was great! it was easy to get to both the train station and the city center. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the water and coffee station on each floor was a nice touch. the hotel library was beautiful and very clean!!!

the bed was terrible, really uncomfortable, a single pillow soft. i found the plug sockets in an awkward position with no international or usb options. the clothes rack was inadequate, i needed more space for my clothes.

uncomfortable bedhallway noise

My room felt a bit sterile (concrete walls are not my style). The bed was not comfortable, causing some restless nights. I also noticed the absence of easily accessible outlets for charging devices, a real inconvenience (bring an extension cord!). The noise from the hallway coffee area was disruptive at times, especially early in the morning.
