friendly staff modern room fresh selection efficient process

The staff was very friendly and professional, always ready to assist. The rooms were modern, clean , and featured thoughtful design details. Breakfast offered a varied and fresh selection, catering to all tastes, and the breakfast area had a stylish and cozy ambiance. Online check-out was available, a super convenient and efficient process that took less than two minutes.

Finding the parking entrance was a bit difficult , it could benefit from clearer signage.

great location helpful staff clean library uncomfortable bed awkward sockets inadequate storage

the location was great! it was easy to get to both the train station and the city center. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the water and coffee station on each floor was a nice touch. the hotel library was beautiful and very clean!!!

the bed was terrible, really uncomfortable, a single pillow soft. i found the plug sockets in an awkward position with no international or usb options. the clothes rack was inadequate, i needed more space for my clothes.

city center comfortable bed great recommendation

The hotel is close to the city center, so I walked everywhere. My Design Premium Room had a comfortable bed and a modern design. The staff gave me great restaurant recommendations.

The elevator seemed slow, sometimes. but I was in no rush.

Acceptable stay with issues

uncomfortable bed hallway noise

My room felt a bit sterile (concrete walls are not my style). The bed was not comfortable, causing some restless nights. I also noticed the absence of easily accessible outlets for charging devices, a real inconvenience (bring an extension cord!). The noise from the hallway coffee area was disruptive at times, especially early in the morning.
