excellent stay
netflix availability easy parking
the room offered a tv with netflix. the staff accommodated an early check-in request, as i needed to prepare for a wedding. parking was easy and convenient on site. i found the rooms to be quite lovely.
the minibar charge was unexpected. i noticed biscuits and crisps near the tea and coffee, assuming they were complimentary. it was a surprise to see these included on my bill later.

tired decor loud music
The food choice was very good.
The room was expensive. The decor seemed a bit tired. Very early one morning, loud music came from downstairs, disrupting my sleep. I needed more sleep.

attentive staff modern amenities complimentary toiletries
The staff was lovely and very attentive. my room was a beautiful queen room and it featured modern amenities. i especially enjoyed the complimentary toiletries. They were such a treat.
the lighting in the hallway was a bit dim, it made navigating at night slightly difficult.

free parking unique interior convenient lift
The hotel provides free parking. This is very convenient! A lift is available, which makes accessing upper floors easy. I loved the historic building with its unique interior design (especially the lobby!).
