Josh gave me such A WARM welcome! He was helpful and pleasant. The top-floor sea view room was spacious and decorated nicely. The mattress was soft, but honestly, it didn't bother me much. Tom was also really nice and happy to help at checkout.
I think a small table with the two chairs in the room would be really useful.

the hotel's location was indeed perfect. it overlooked the beach, exactly as i wanted. the staff members proved very helpful. i found them cute as well.
the noise from the seafront was noticeable. windows had to stay open because of the weather. i heard noisy mopeds speeding along the promenade.

Josh welcomed us with such a friendly attitude! He is a very helpful young man. Our top-floor room featured a Lovely sea view. It felt spacious and well-decorated. The mattress felt very soft, so a firmer mattress is desirable. Tom handled our check-out, and he provided excellent service with a smile.
A small table for the chairs would improve the room, I think. It would be useful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly when I arrived early. The room was clean and fresh, a great start to the stay. My room had a wonderful sea view. This made waking up AMAZING!!! The reception and bar were clean. I appreciated that the bar stayed open later to accommodate guests.
The room was smaller than expected for a double, especially with limited plug sockets.

The reception staff were always available and ready to assist with directions and local information. I felt very welcomed by every staff member I encountered, and they were consistently polite. The team really made an effort to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.

The room featured a comfortable bed and sufficient space for luggage. This family room met our requirements fully. we also had ample storage space and it was a relief. daily housekeeping kept the room neat. That was great.
