a lovely stay near everything important

Talib was a gem, he really took care of us and found a wonderful room. i appreciated mouhidine helping us with our luggage, it was very kind. the location was special. The hotel is close to many attractions.

the staff in the restaurant were not very friendly. i felt ignored when i tried to order. some were passive aggressive towards me for no apparent reason.

The hotel is just across from the koutoubia mosque. It is a very short walk. jemaa el-fna square is also less than five minutes from the hotel. this positioning allows easy access to many cultural sites.

prime location friendly staff warm shower

I really liked the hotel location since it was near the koutoubia mosque. it's also a short walk to jema el-fna square. Very convenient! the staff were friendly and very polite. i also thought the room heating was great, i enjoyed the warm water showers.

my room window didn't have a mosquito net. i found a couple of mosquitos there.

The staff were friendly and helpful . They answered questions and provided directions when asked. the reception is open 24 hours making late arrivals and early departures easy. luggage storage is available after checkout allowing guests to explore without carrying bags.

i stayed in a double room. the room included a tv i did not use. breakfast was on the outdoor terrace it seemed adequate. staff were friendly and helpful. the location is outside the medina making it feel very safe.
