big room clean room luxury hotel poor internet limited choice late staff
the room was big and it was really clean. room service was spot on. you can tell this is a luxury hotel.
the internet connection was very poor. the breakfast buffet had limited choices and repeated same thing every day. staff cannot offer support when you actually want it, they are very late.

helpful staff pool assistant super clean room attentive service
The staff was helpful, especially Jamal. He arranged day trips and suggested places to eat. Hamza at the pool was attentive and ensured we had towels and comfortable seating. Fatima, the cleaning lady, kept our room super clean and always had a smile. The FOOD was AMAZING!!!

Breakfast service was excellent. The food was fresh and abundant. I especially appreciated the option to enjoy nice food by the pool all day long. The service offered by the waiters was very effective and attentive.

The room had generous size and was super clean. My room included a private balcony, where I could relax at any time. The beds were very large and comfortable. This was so important for my relaxation.

amazing and personal experience
generous size fresh towels
this hotel offered a very generous sized rooms with a private balcony. the pool area was very well attended and it features fresh towels. hammed, the waiter was always very keen to help and look after customers. breakfast service was really amazing, it was fresh and abundant. i will defo go back because a boutique hotel makes the experience more personal.
the massage i received was not as described. the 50 minute massage lasted only 40 minutes. the lady showed time on her laptop, but it was incorrect.

the bar by the pool served food all day and the burger and meatballs tagine were delicious. soukaina was making fresh amsaman and omelettes for breakfast. hamza was also very helpful at breakfast.

everyone was very friendly and helpful . the ladies at the spa were professional and they provided a nice massage. the receptionists were courteous and they were always available to help.

the hotel is a 10 minutes taxi ride from jemaa el fnaa, it cost 150 dirhams. the hotel is close to the airport and the centre, it is in a quiet location. i walked to carrefour and back.

the pool area had a bunch of tables, about 8 maximum and it had lovely settings. chill out music played in the background at the pool area. i recommend the spa treatment as it was very relaxing.
