musty odor car access

My room had a distinct musty odor. They attempted to mask it with air fresheners (i found several scattered around), but it didn't fully resolve the issue. also, getting to the riad proved difficult. the medina streets are a maze, and car access is nonexistent. Staff escorts were necessary, but it was still a hassle.

i found the staff quite attentive. they helped with exchanging money. the riad has a junior suite with its own courtyard.. it had a calm feel.

the hotel lacks clear parking information. finding the way was a bit difficult. i also encountered expired eggs and subsequent food poisoning. i probably would not stay here again because of these issues.

Really good Riad Experience

nice rooms fine views friendly staff

I found the riad beautifully constructed with particularly nice rooms. facilities included a library, a hammam, and a rooftop bar offering fine views. the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. our room was clean each day, and requests were always handled with kindness.

Room 11 experienced humidity and an odor. Several dehumidifiers were present but did not fully resolve the issue.

The staff was really good. They addressed all requests promptly and with genuine warmth. they consistently were pretty good too ensure a seamless experience. assistance with organizing trips and providing extra amenities demonstrated attentive guest care.
