amazing breakfastclean poolsbeautiful areasamazing time
the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! so many options, i didn't know where to start. the hotel facilities were great and the pools were very clean. i also liked that the external areas were beautifully maintained. i really had an amazing time.

The kids' club was a real letdown, honestly i was expecting more. it shut down for hours during the day, and the activities were super basic. My kids got bored quickly. the advertised 'wide range' of cuisines at the buffet reminded me of a lie. It was mostly the same stuff every night. also, they kept running out of plates, annoying

The pools had warm water. This made swimming enjoyable. The food choices were extensive. I observed that the personnel were very friendly and polite.
It would have been easier to handle it at the front desk or by phone in the room. The app did not always work well.
