the apartment location rocks because it's close to restaurants and shops! the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent and everything sparkle. plus, guna, the host, sent helpful videos for key pickup and entry, i found it really easy.

a very minor thing, the pool was a bit deep for little children.

the air conditioning worked very well. it maintained a consistent temperature.

the key collection process was unnecessarily complicated. i had to watch a video to understand how to retrieve the keys. this felt impersonal and inconvenient.

I found the apartment really clean and modern. the location was quiet despite being in a busy area, and pool loungers were always available. all the advertised facilities were indeed in the apartment. i appreciated the air conditioning. It was quite handy one night.

the apartment included a well-equipped kitchen with everything i needed. a kettle, toaster, and coffee machine were all present. the dining area was big enough and quite functional.

the beds were comfortable, and i found plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. the bathroom was well equipped too. the balcony was spacious and located in a shaded part of the building.

the host accommodated an early check-in, and a late check-out was possible. this made things a lot more enjoyable for me. i am grateful for this flexibility.

well kept groundsnarrow stairsinadequate air conditioning

the pool was clean and the grounds are well maintained, a satisfactory aspect.

the air conditioning unit was only in the living room, not the bedroom. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably as the fan in the bedroom only circulated warm air. also, the stairs were narrow, a challenge when carrying luggage (i nearly dropped my suitcase!).
