tasy breakfast buffet walking street helpful staff

The breakfast buffet on the roof provided tasty options. The location is near the main walking street and the seaside. I found it very practical. The staff were helpful!

the location proved excellent. it was near the main square.

i found cleanliness lacking. the bed sheet showed weird stains (they didn't replace it). the breakfast wasn't good, a small selection was available.

Really good Stay in a Central Location

helpful staff great views

I found the location excellent for exploring. The rooftop terrace offered great views (i especially liked the Teide view during breakfast). I appreciated the buffet breakfast. It had a wide variety of choices. The staff were very personable and helpful with local tips.

I experienced a minor inconvenience with the elevator. The old elevator made a squeaky noise during operation, a bit distracting.

I found the hotel to be clean. the location is amazing and close to many restaurants. the rooftop terrace offered fine views. I spent hours there!

The hotel is located very centrally. It is close to many shops. a huge free car park is only five minutes away. This made parking simple. the pedestrian zone location eliminates traffic noise!

My room had very comfortable beds and pillows. I slept soundly. the bathroom included a mobile shower hose. This was very convenient. the room design felt very modern. I adored it!!!

The reception staff was always friendly and willing to help. They answered every question. breakfast service included attention to detail. The presentation was lovely. all the staff we encountered went out of their way to ensure our stay was a pleasure.

A Good Getaway!

I found the rooftop bar and pool amazing. The drinks were inexpensive, though the views were great. The buffet breakfast on the roof offered fresh options. The view was excellent.
