The staff were friendly and check-in and check-out were quick. the hotel arranged parking nearby. It was a short walk. the location is central, near restaurants, shops, the beach, and tram stops. the hotel was very clean.
i noticed some noise from a nearby restaurant's air conditioning. it was noticeable even with the window closed.

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore. We were close to many restaurants and shops (all within a short walk). The staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions. I also appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the fresh towels provided daily.
The street noise was slightly noticeable during peak hours.
