gentle staff garden view
the roof terrace was totally a dream and the staff was so gentle. my room enjoyed lots of light and a garden view was a beautiful addition.
i had to pay for a pool towel and this felt a tiny inconvenience.

solid option for a short stay
big terrace rooftop jacuzzi comfy beds
my room had a big terrace i appreciated that. the rooftop jacuzzi offered ocean views it was relaxing. breakfast included comfy beds it helped start the day well.
i didn't find any miniscule water in the kettle. there was no milk i had to buy my own. the bathroom lacked shelf space this was inconvenient.

amazing stay with rooftop views
lovely park cardio machines perfect pool
i loved that this hotel is right across from the stasse park it is a must see the rooftop gym and pool were a definite highlight for me. the gym has a nice selection of cardio machines weights benches and a pull-up bar. i really liked that the pool on the roof is perfect.
the wifi was not working i also had trouble finding tv channels this was a bit frustrating as i wanted to relax in my room in the evenings

the hotel sits conveniently opposite garcia sanabria park a tranquil and attractive green space. its location is ideal because many dining options are nearby plus a surface metro and bus stop are within a short walk. this makes exploring the surrounding area very accessible.

the rooftop terrace features both a pool and a gym with views of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. the gym includes well-equipped machines for workouts there are also common areas a bar and a value restaurant. the pool provides a place for relaxation.

The breakfast buffet had a large variety of items. The gym had three treadmills. I found the rooftop jacuzzi was very clean and pleasant..
The hallways showed some wear and could benefit from a refresh.

fresh breakfast rooftop pool modern shower noisy air conditioning street noise unstable wifi
the breakfast had plenty of choices and tasted fresh. the rooftop pool area was clean and provided city views. my room included a modern shower and comfortable bed.
the air conditioning unit in my room made some noise during the night. street noise was noticeable from my balcony (i couldn't leave the window open). the wifi signal was unstable at times (especially during peak hours).

small mirror lights piece of hand soap
the staff was acceptable. the location is near a park.
The lighting in the bathroom was not good. Only some mirror lights worked. we found a small piece of hand soap without a dish. this was unhygienic and impractical.
