The hotel gardens impressed me. They were beautifully laid out. i also appreciated the private parking. it made arrival and departure very easy.
The air conditioning was not effective in my room. also, i found that little information was provided at the beginning of my stay. It required some figuring out.

decent stay, but some issues arose
faulty air conditioningfalse promises
I encountered a couple of problems. the air conditioning did not work correctly. the staff made false promises and did not fix it. Instead, i got a loud portable ac unit. the hotel manager laughed when i complained about the noise. i was unable to obtain a refund after four hot nights and an early departure.
