i noticed that i had to deposit my key at the lobby. it was a bit inconvenient, but i understand the security measures.

the hotel is near the city center and the train station, useful for getting around. staff members were very helpful (i especially appreciated their assistance with printing travel tickets). the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and tissue paper provided.
the hotel did not accept card payments, a bit inconvenient.

the hotel is located close to major attractions. jardin majorel and the city square are within walking distance. supermarkets and a salon are also nearby (perfect for a quick trim!).

the staff is very friendly and helpful. they printed boarding passes without charge and let me leave my car in the parking area after checkout. hamid at reception was particularly helpful.
