I appreciated the helpful staff. Youssef, in particular, was very attentive. the rooftop pool area provided a welcome escape from the daytime heat (it's perfectly sized for a refreshing dip). breakfast each morning featured moroccan specialties, a lovely way to start the day. the location was convenient, close to many restaurants and a short walk to the medina.

i had very little issues, but the walls were quite thin and i could hear other guests at times.

the riad is situated a few minutes walk from various restaurants and cafés, which i thought was convenient. it is around ten minutes by foot to the medina and about thirty minutes to a large supermarket. (a smaller shop selling water and soft drinks is seconds away).

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is good. It is easy to reach the market and other places (I wanted to visit). I found the hotel design authentic and beautiful, and there was a nice rooftop pool.

The air conditioning in the room was not very effective.

The medina was easily accessible by foot. i found the hosts helpful and accommodating. They arranged tours on request.

i found that the walls were a little thin, so i could occasionally hear noise from other guests.

The staff was super cute. The location was great. I easily walked to main attractions. The room was ALWAYS clean and tidy. The rooftop terrace offered a relaxing escape with sunshine and comfy seating.

The Wi-Fi signal was a little weak in my room. I had to go to the courtyard sometimes.
