fantastic Experience IN the city

attentive staff peaceful terrace convenient map
The staff was always available and attentive. They helped with directions and restaurant reservations. I found the rooftop terrace a peaceful place to relax. The riad provided a very convenient offline city map app.
The breakfast OPTIONS felt somewhat limited.

amazing staff, wonderful location!

helpful staff perfect location
the staff was helpful. ali and khaled. i especially appreciated them going above and beyond in every possible way. the location is perfect, close to the main square.
i found that when other guests were up late, the noise really carried into my room. the sound from the courtyard and kitchen was quite noticeable.

Our beautiful family room included two full bathrooms, very useful. the room had a second floor with separate beds for the kids. this setup gave everyone enough space and privacy. It was perfect for our family.

underwhelming stay near the medina

dark room hard pillows
the room felt quite dark and could have benefited from additional lighting it just didn't feel very inviting. the pillows were also too firm for me so i didn't sleep particularly well. i also noticed a smell of cat urine in the breakfast area it was definitely off-putting.

amazing views helpful staff daily cleaning
i loved the rooftop terrace, it offered amazing views (i could see everything!). the staff was helpful and always available to assist me. my room was always cleaned daily, i really appreciate this.
the street to the riad was a bit dark at night.

friendly staff breakfast food available staff dark room hard pillow high pillow
the staff was friendly. breakfast included many different foods each morning. it was very delicious. they cleaned the rooms every day and were available when we needed help.
our room was very dark. maybe adding a few lanterns would improve it. the pillows were too hard and too high. i did not sleep very well.

underwhelming stay

dirty floor old furnishings
the location was acceptable as it was near some shops
the room i stayed in, a superior double or twin room, was not clean upon arrival i found pieces of nail on the floor and dirt it felt unhygienic. i told staff about it but nothing changed the floor wasn't cleaned properly the next day. the furnishings also felt old
