The hotel's location was super convenient, a quick seven-minute walk from the train station, really useful for travel. Lamia was a star she. The breakfast offered a nice variety, it was a really great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The pool area, though available, only had a couple of sunbeds, and it did not receive much sunlight during the day

I found the staff to be helpful and attentive. They were quick to assist with requests and offered recommendations for local attractions. Kamal and Yassine were particularly nice, they were so cute.

The room was modern and very clean with a well-equipped bathroom, it was such a surprise. The room included a comfortable bed and contemporary furniture. It felt fresh and new. I enjoyed the modern amenities in the room.

The staff displayed good manners, and they were always helpful. Yascine and Kamal were good and courteous. Amira, Hisham, and Rasheed working at reception were very efficient.

My room was clean and quiet. Towels were changed daily and I felt comfortable. The hotel ensured that my room was always in excellent condition for my return each day.

UNDERWHELMING stay. NOT quite 4-star
worn out bedslimited juice
The rooms beds felt very RUN down. It was like sleeping on a collection of separate cushions instead of a proper mattress. I could feel every spring. Breakfast was also a HUGE disappointment. The juice selection was limited, and i was told I could only have one glass of orange juice, it REALLY annoyed me.
