Excellent stay in central area

great comfort calm atmosphere

The hotel looks brand new. The beds provided great comfort. I found everything very clean. The shower was also really nice (it's always important!). I appreciated the calm atmosphere a lot.

The breakfast menu lacked variety. The coffee machine in my room did not work. The hotel did not offer any alternative coffee options.

The hotel enjoys a convenient location with easy access to various attractions. Barbican tube station is only 5 minutes away. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I received a room upgrade, a pleasant surprise. The staff were attentive.

the decor was well done.

i checked in late and was informed about limited dining options. the restaurant was closed, and the bar was near closing, leaving no time for a drink or food. a wake-up call i requested never happened.

The breakfast was great and Jose was very attentive.

The coffee machine in the room did not work and the hotel did not provide alternative coffee options. I could not even get instant coffee at the very least. This was quite frustrating first thing in the morning.
