a mixed stay, some issues

moldy window stained towels

the location was alright near the overground station.

the room wasnt heated well. the window had mold on it. there were hairs in the shower, and the towels had stains.

difficult temperature faulty air conditioning

the location was close to a tube station this made travel easy

the shower had issues it was difficult to adjust the temperature i found this dangerous also the air conditioning did not work correctly it kept turning on and off

small room shower temperature

The room felt smaller than i anticipated. Space was limited. i struggled with the shower, it was either too hot or too cold, i couldn't adjust it to a comfortable temperature. the location was further from the main attractions. than i thought. I ended up relying more on taxis than i wanted to. this added an unexpected cost to my trip, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

scalding shower stained linen

the shower was a problem. i couldn't adjust it from being scalding hot. i tried fiddling with it, but it remained difficult to use. the bed linen also had a stain on it, which wasn't ideal, (i did appreciate the fan, though).

convenient location excellent cleanliness big pillows

The location was excellent. It's near the overground station and made getting around super easy. the cleanliness was excellent, everything sparkled! i really liked the two big pillows per person. It was a comfortable touch.

surprisingly GOOD stay

friendly staff free water spacious room private entrance

i found the staff very friendly and cute, a highlight of my stay. the room had tea, coffee, water, orange juice, soaps, and towels available for me. there was bedding in my spacious room, and it even had its own entrance. it was very convenient.

The ROOM needed some maintenance. I noticed some minor issues.

The room included tea and coffee facilities, along with water and orange juice. Little nibbles were also available. crisp, fresh linen covered a comfortable bed, and i got a restful night's sleep. the room had two big pillows.

The staff provided a friendly WELCOME, and they addressed my inquiries promptly. check-in was easy. I went to the bar, and someone showed me to my room. access to the room included a locked external gate.

the location is convenient, close to Wapping Station, that was very useful for me. the area around is quiet, with a few shops and cafes available. the hotel is near a garden for a walk.
