the staff showed true kindness, and i felt very welcome here. the location was certainly convenient with good access to transport links. the room had a tv with multiple options. i also appreciated the simple, clean space (it really is enough!).

the sink in the bathroom was a touch small, making things a little tricky.

the staff provided great support and attentiveness throughout my stay. they ensured i had everything needed. they seemed dedicated to providing a cute atmosphere, with quick check-in and patient assistance with any issues. (they even made a do not disturb sign for me!).

the executive lounge was a nice touch, offering hot water, coffee, and tea. biscuits were also available, which i found good. the lounge has comfortable sofas with a pleasant view. it provided a quiet space for relaxation.

The bedroom was very small, and the en-suite bathroom was tiny. It was impossible to close the door when sat on the toilet. The shower door needs fixing, it did not shut properly.

faulty blindflimsy lock

The lock on my room felt quite flimsy. i accidentally locked myself out once and didn't feel secure about it locking properly from the inside. A sturdier lock is definitely needed. also, the room got very hot. the window blind had a problem and would not retract when i tried to open the window. this made the night uncomfortable.
