The location allowed convenient travel to the city center with two nearby underground stations. I found many shops, restaurants, and supermarkets in the immediate area, SUCH a plus! The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the ability to cook my own meals using the provided pots, pans, and dishes. The smart TV was a nice addition. I could stream whatever I wanted.

I noticed a slight noise from the air conditioning. I needed it on, but it was a bit distracting.

upon arrival, i noticed multiple long black hairs on the floors and in the shower. the tv was broken on the wall. staff shrugged off the issue. then i found the kitchen light would not turn off, and i learned the sensor was broken and not yet repaired.

Fantastic Stay, Highly Recommended!

The room was clean and well-presented (I really appreciated that). Air conditioning was a much appreciated bonus. There was a good selection of extras in the room, for example a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, and a fridge.

The room lacked any hooks for hanging up coats or anything else. When I returned on my first night, the light had tripped out and I had to call the emergency phone number. They fixed it, but the light bulb blew again the second night and it hadn't been changed. (It seemed unsafe!).

The hotel is close to the Circle, District, and Central Line tubes. Paddington station is very close as well, offering easy access to trains and the Elizabeth Line. Hyde Park is also within walking distance.

I found the location very convenient. It is close to kensington gardens and various restaurants. upon arrival, the staff was helpful with storing my luggage until check-in. my room was ready early, which i greatly appreciated. the room was also very clean (cleaners did a great job).

the room i stayed in felt a little small (though that was expected).
