The staff were so pleasant and helpful. Jolie welcomed us, and I must say that the room was clean. The hotel is in a very convenient location ON the M25, which saved me a lot of time! I appreciated how reception sorted out an extension lead for me, a thoughtful gesture.

The hotel is slightly tired and could use A refresh.

i found the location great. it was easy to find and there are takeaway options just outside. after 10pm, the hotel was very quiet. the free parking was easy to use.

the air fresheners in the hotel had a off smell. this gave a odd smell throughout the building. i also found dust in the room behind the tv and in the bathroom vents.
