small room faulty television
the room was small. i also found it odd that there was only one plug socket in the entire room. the television also didn't work correctly. considering the price i paid, i honestly expected more.

friendly staff early check-in great value
The staff was very cute and friendly. They explained how we could get an early check-in (which was helpful after a long trip). It's great value for the money, I think.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.

surprisingly charming stay
complimentary snacks fresh options convenient location efficient staff
the room included complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day a welcome surprise after travel i noticed breakfast offered fresh healthy options a great start to each day the location was convenient near shops and a tube station i found this proximity very helpful for exploring the city the staff communicated new wifi passwords efficiently they were patient and helpful
the room lacked natural light as there was minimal lighting it was a bit inconvenient

the hotel offered complimentary cheese boards these were welcome before heading out for the evening the breakfast included fresh and healthy choices which was a nice bonus to my stay here.

great experience
available umbrella friendly staff good room size
the hotel had umbrellas you could borrow. we could leave our bags after check out and collect them later. the staff were friendly and helpful, i booked a king room and it was a good size. it had everything i needed.
the penalty notice was a surprise when we returned to the room. the manager came down with a photo and notice. i asked for an explanation. it was sorted out, though it was unsettling

superb location 24-hour reception clean room
The location was superb. Close to transport links, I found it convenient. The reception operates 24 hours, so I felt safe. The room was very clean, I could easily relax after exploring.
The room was smaller than I expected, though it suited my needs.

king room comfortable bed
the king room was spacious with tall windows. the bed was comfortable and everything was clean.
