The location is nice! It is close to a few tube stations. You can also have a walk. The staff is AMAZING. They are very helpful and kind.

I found the shower knob adjusting the temperature broken off when I entered the room. The water came out at a scalding temperature when I first stood in the shower. I tried to adjust it to a cooler temperature, but it was not possible. I could not have a proper shower for the entire stay. The room SHOULD not have been given to me.

The check-in and check-out were very efficient. Staff helped store my bags before check-in. The room included useful facilities such as hairdryers and an iron with an ironing board. Chromecast was available for streaming to the television (a definite plus).

The housekeeper didn't clean my room one day even though I had put the sign up.
