The gardens were a DELIGHT with easy access directly from the rooms. I found the breakfast included offered wonderful choices. parking was generous. i noticed ample space was available right near our room. the convenience really added a touch of ease to the stay.
I do feel a minor upgrade in the showers water pressure is needed. It was slightly lacking.

The rooms had everything i needed! they are refurbished and clean. the beds are comfortable, and the pillows too (such a relief after a long day of exploring!). my room opened onto a beautiful garden with seating. the staff are an asset. Their kindness and helpfulness impressed me so much.
The tv was positioned behind the door. I had to close the door to watch it.

i received a very warm welcome upon check-in. the bar facility was good and parking was easy. breakfast was good, and staff were very friendly and easy to talk to.
i felt that the room was very dated. black mould around grout on bath needed attention. bath panel was very old and water damaged.
