excellent stay
easy process great bar amazing location
i really appreciated the smooth online check-in and check-out process the staff ensured. the bar offered great cocktails in the evening. the location provides amazing proximity to turnham green station kew gardens and gunnersbury park i found convenient.
i noticed the hairdryer wasn't very powerful i suggest you bring your own if it's critical for your needs.

The location worked fine for what I needed.
I had a Sleepwell Room, No Window. There was literally no window. It. The lack of natural light. I probably should have read the room description more carefully.

The room was really original and spacious. i did not use the kitchenette, but it looked clean with smeg appliances. midday check out IS nice and i parked on road overnight. It has a 4 hour limit during the day.
The bedding was disconcertingly noisy, so that when one rolled over the sheets crackled! check-in felt impersonal. There was someone sat at a table with a laptop. it was difficult to tell staff from guests. the room felt really SMALL for two people with two suitcases

i found the location convenient. it was a short walk to the tube station. the room was clean and modern. the staff were friendly and helpful .
my room lacked a window. this made it difficult to regulate lighting. the experience at reception was long. i felt the duty manager should have offered more assistance.

loved the design elements
great location excellent road design element green tube
the location was excellent. i found it very close to turnham green tube station. shops, bars and restaurants on chiswick high road were all accessible. i loved the hotel's design elements a lot!
i was told that if i wanted new towels, i only had to throw the old ones on the floor, housekeeping would replace them. housekeeping would take the dirty towels off the floor and just hang them back up on the rack?! it was very clearly the dirty towels as they were still damp.

the rooms feature mini fridges, stoves, and coffee makers, so preparing your own food and beverages is very convenient. the sleepwell room i stayed in had no window, something to keep in mind if you prefer natural light.

the hotel sits in a quiet side street just off the main road in chiswick! it means you can walk to many places, including the tube station. three supermarkets are super close.

fantastic stay!
equipped kitchen friendly staff sustainable bag
i was so happy with my studio room, it featured a well-equipped kitchen area and offered plenty of space. the staff was friendly at check-in and in the restaurant. i liked the recycling sorting bins in the room and the sustainable bag was a nice touch.
the room was quiet, but i did notice some noise from the hallway late one evening.
