convenient stay near watford junction
convenient location comfortable beds polite staff
the hotel location near the train station was very convenient for travel. my standard queen room had comfortable beds and provided a good night sleep. i found the staff very polite, especially at breakfast, which helped.
the bathroom lacked an extractor fan and it didn't smell very pleasant.

train station friendly staff
the hotel was very close to the train station, only a couple of minutes walk. the staff were friendly, and the hotel offered perfect cleanliness, the food and drinks were fairly priced!
i found the bed not very comfortable and i did not get much sleep.

broken kettle non-working lights
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to watford junction train station (only a short walk).
the kettle in the room was broken. some of the lights were also not working. i found this inattentive, as a guest expects all basic amenities to function correctly upon arrival.

close proximity convenient location onsite starbucks
The hotel's proximity to watford junction station was useful. i walked to the station in just a few minutes. The bus stop for the harry potter studios shuttle was right outside. they serve starbucks coffee on site, a nice perk for an early start.
i noticed a slight delay during check-in. it was a minor inconvenience though.

comfortable bed plant-based options
our standard queen room was clean, and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed i have slept on at any hotel. breakfast was really good with plant-based options available upon request, i really enjoyed it

new bulbs electrical issue
the location was acceptable with easy access to nearby facilities.
i was disappointed because the room was not properly prepared. the bedside lamps needed new bulbs. also, the hairdryer stopped working after only 20 seconds, and the replacement had the same problem, this indicated an electrical issue.
