the staff greeted us with such a warm welcome! our room was set up perfectly. i especially appreciated the superb facilities. it was a stress-free experience.
i wish there were more public transport options available directly from the hotel because relying on taxis required waiting a bit.

I frequently visited the nearby beach . Staff friendliness at check-in was notable. Free parking was available. I registered my car upon arrival. The location provides convenient access to local attractions like Margate Dreamland, only ten minutes away.
I noticed that the breakfast preparation fell short. The cooked breakfast items needed warmer temperatures to improve the overall dining experience.

The room was clean. I'll give them that. everything seemed relatively tidy, i suppose.
the breakfast, oh lord, the breakfast. sausages looked anemic and the bacon seemed like it barely met a grill. i skipped the hot food altogether. the coffee came in a mug the size of my head, and tasted like something dredged from the bottom of a swamp. i also wanted marmalade, but alas, only sugary fruit.

the cooked breakfast was a letdown it was barely warm each day. the variety was good, but the temperature ruined it. also the room was quite noisy at night. it was hard to get a good night's sleep because of the disturbances outside

I did not like that there was a communal microwave in the main reception area. The location was decent, but it could have been better, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
