The room had tea and coffee facilities, which i really appreciated. a fridge was also available for my use. the tv was a good size, and screen mirroring worked great. the breakfast available in the morning was decent. I found several options i enjoyed.

Reception staff need more training. It was a nightmare trying to check in!

I stayed in the hotel. the room was cold and lacked instructions for operating the heating system. it took a considerable time for the reception desk to answer my call to inquire about the heating system and explain how cold the room was. also, i did not feel a warm greeting from the staff member at the front desk. It was a quick sign-in and deposit collection. i was left with a very cold impression overall.

The breakfast had everything I needed. Albert, the chef, even came out to chat. He made sure I had everything. The location was perfect for walking to the shopping outlet. The room was a good size, very clean and I liked the shower!

I had to pay a security deposit on arrival. This was not expected. The staff was not helpful when I asked about local restaurants.
