The room was good size. It was also clean. I appreciate the free car park. The staff are friendly to everyone.

The rooms are bit dated. The shampoo is in used bottles, also shower gel. Our door will not lock so someone had to mend that.

The staff assisted with retrieving items I had left behind. They were efficient. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. A useful feature. Free parking existed on the premises. This was useful.

The room lacked a mini-fridge. That would have been useful.

The staff was friendly and helpful . I liked the large and comfortable beds in the room. The bathrooms looked very good, and everything was clean.

Loud music played constantly near the entrance all day. I also noticed other guests sitting and drinking in the corridor late at night, outside my room. There was only one key provided per room.

The room included a smart TV. I found the desk helpful for completing some work tasks. Breakfast was quite good and the young man serving it was very pleasant. The room service from the restaurant was excellent.

I found the car park rather poor. There were too many cars for the available space.

The breakfast service offered attentive service. The staff member Henry was well mannered. The restaurant offered great room service. Breakfast was served in a very timely fashion by accommodating staff.

The staff welcomed me with smiles and they were helpful. The customer service was really good. A member of staff, Bianca, was particularly adorable. I found the staff to be very decent, friendly, and helpful.

The location is very convenient. It is close to the motorway. I found it an ideal location for travel. The area makes the hotel very accessible for those needing to use the motorway network.

An ironing board with an iron were readily available. There were also two bottles of water in the room-. The hotel rooms now feature some personal touches with the hotel logo. The overall hotel is beautifully kept.
