great location equipped kitchen mold smell broken bed

The location was amazing! i loved that it was close to the tower bridge and other attractions. the room had a well-equipped small kitchen. That was so useful.

The hallways smelled like mold, yuck! our bed broke in half one night. It was after midnight and we had to wait until morning to tell the front desk.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to public transportation. I could quickly access various parts of the city. Breakfast simplified my mornings with several choices. The staff proved lovely and so helpful .

I found the corridor carpet worn and dirty. This detracted from the overall impression. It requires changing to improve the hotel's appearance.

a solid stay near everything

extensive buffet excellent service laundry facilities equipped gym

the breakfast buffet was very extensive, with many hot and cold options. the staff provided excellent service and promptly addressed all my requests. i found the complimentary laundry facilities useful and convenient. i appreciated the well-equipped gym, which allowed me to maintain my workout routine.

the single elevator was quite small , resulting in occasional delays during peak hours.

The breakfast offered a good selection, including vegan options, it was really appreciated. The room had a good size and useful equipment in the kitchen. Staff members were friendly and helpful . The hotel is conveniently located near a rail line, providing easy access to the city.
